Practice Business Manager
The Practice Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology). The Practice Manager supports the Admin Team, GPs and other medical professionals to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.

IT & Data Quality Manager
Sarah is responsible for all matters relating to IT and ensuring that all data is kept accurate and up to date. She manages the call and recall systems for chronic diseases. She is supported in her team by Rachael – Registrations Clerk, George – IT Administrator/Summariser, Di – GP Assistant, Jemma – GP Assistant and Linda – Admin Assistant
She has the responsibility for the maintenance, use and development of the computerised information management systems within the practice. Sarah also assists in providing IT training and support for all members of the team and helps develop and co-ordinate systems to achieve best results within the GP Contract. Sarah is the IG and Caldicott Lead for the Practice.
Medicine Manager

Medicine Manager
Robert is heavily involved in the safety aspects of prescribing, ensuring the most effective medication is issued to patients. He also deals with any safety alerts and recall issues working with the Prescribing Lead Dr Colin Martin.
Patient Navigators

Care Co-ordinator Manager
Sharon leads a team of 8 part-time Patient Navigators:- Kerry, Lisa, Chantal, Kelly, Leanne, Jackie,Tanya and Jessica.
Patient Navigators attend to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice and support delivery of quality patient care. The Patient Navigators have a very demanding role. They are here to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition – this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician and assist fellow Healthcare Professionals who work within the Practice to manage your healthcare and well-being.
Secretaries
Mrs Maria Lodwidge (f)
Practice Secretary
Maria is responsible for managing all aspects of E referrals and new referrals. She supports the GP’s and acts as liaison between patients and hospital services where necessary.
